Benefits of Turmeric

I have a passion for home made fresh juice- because i know juice has good benefits for all of us. Different fruits and spices have different functions which are good for our bodies. I’m not a health freak but it’s easy to do .
I come from tropical country and there are so many type different fruits and some of them grow wild. Different variety of fruits herb, and spices which can convert into fresh juices for example is turmeric, ginger, lemongrass and others root herbs. Those herbs can be mixed with other vegetable or any fruit juices to make a likeable drinks.
Turmeric
Turmeric have a great advantages for healthy although turmeric always associate with Curry sauce because of the yellow colour- However turmeric can help to reduce cell cancer
In Bali turmeric known as for an healing root , by drinking pure turmeric juice which can help to reduce the sugar level in our bodies ( diabetes ) Also its help to heal an external injuries . I remember when i was a child every time i got injured or cut myself and my mom always put grater turmeric to stop the blood come out and leave it for an hour- this method help to healed the injured quickly.


Also  great  healing for stomach  crump – by drinking turmeric juice mix with brown sugar its help to reduce the pain in the stomach.


Pure turmeric juice taste quiet bitter but have to mixed with other fruit or vegetable juice. Years ago my mom always made turmeric juice and mixed them with brown sugar .

Basically turmeric not only use in curry sauce also can convert them into healthy drinks which is very easy to do so. Drink based on turmeric very popular in Bali - Indonesia and known as a miracle drink.
If you can not find fresh turmeric root you may use turmeric powder however tasteless compare than the fresh root turmeric, i would recommend always use fresh if available.
Turmeric grow easily as long get lot sunshine – there is no turmeric seed - you may need the root if you want to grown them .
